Post a load. Bid a truck. Close in writing. Pay on POD.

The same desk the engine runs on — now on the web. Cargo owners post a load in under two minutes. Carriers apply with what they have. Both sides see the rate-conf before anything moves. Pick a side below.

I have a load

Post a load in two minutes

Lane, equipment, dates, commodity, target rate. The desk takes it from there and comes back with a vetted truck within hours.

Join the carrier pool

Apply once. Get access to all loads matching your corridor and equipment. Vetting happens after first load — start with the basics below.

Who are you?
What do you run, and where?

These go straight onto the desk. When a load matches a corridor you run, you come up first.

Who do we call when a load fits?

Last thing, and it is not on this form: WhatsApp us a photo of your goods-in-transit insurance certificate and your operating licence disc. Those we need as pictures, and no carrier runs a load until they are on file.

Recent bookings

Closed loads are published here once the desk has a run of them on the record. Nothing is listed yet — and an empty list is the honest version of that.

Carrier names withheld; lanes and rates shown as closed. Read-only desk view.

How it runs

What you are entitled to, once you post

The same on every load, domestic or cross-border. Nothing below is discretionary.

01

An answer the same day

Your load reaches a person, not a queue. You will hear what we can do with it, including if the answer is that we cannot place it — which you would rather know on Tuesday than on Friday.

02

A vetted carrier, or none

CIPC registration, goods-in-transit cover confirmed with the insurer, licence disc, and a cross-border permit where the lane needs one. If nothing on the corridor clears that, we tell you rather than quietly widening the net.

03

The rate in writing, before the vehicle moves

One confirmation held by both sides: rate, lane, equipment, dates, payment term. New accounts are 50% on confirmation and the balance on proof of delivery; once you have run with us it is 30 days from POD.

04

Identity checked at collection

The driver's identification and the vehicle and trailer registrations are photographed at the gate and matched to the booking before the load is released. The carrier we confirmed is the carrier that hauls; subcontracting without our written consent is a breach.

05

Position reported, POD the same day

Confirmed at collection, in transit and before delivery — reported by us rather than asked for by you. Proof of delivery captured on the day and held on file, with detention claimed while it is still provable.
